(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the WE ARE ONE Records online shop.
(2) Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as the provider accepts the order by sending a confirmation via email.
4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
